Emergency Rental Assistance – Saint Louis County Residents

The St. Louis County Office of Community Development is pleased to announce that the Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA2) program is accepting applications NOW! We are reaching out to organizations like yours to help spread the word and ensure that those who are in need of assistance are aware of this opportunity.
The application will be open to the first 500 applicants, with only approximately 250 households receiving assistance. With the high demand, we strongly encourage those who need assistance to apply as soon as possible.
This program is designed to assist eligible renters who are experiencing financial hardship and at risk of housing instability.
Key eligibility requirements include:
● Must be a resident of St. Louis County.
● Must have a household income at or below 80% AMI
● Must be at risk of eviction or experiencing housing instability.
● Must have a demonstrated financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic or other qualifying circumstances.
